Noelle was born on April 10,1997 in Brooklyn, New York and was raised there by her parents Nicole and Anthony Williams. Nicole working in the field of graphic design, and Anthony working as a model. She also grew up with a brother and had a very positive childhood filled with good times and laughter.

Early Career (2019)

Noelle sang and danced for most of her life and decided to turn those hobbies into a career and began recording singles. Her single U Ain't My Boyfriend along with her debut album helped jump start her career, earning her a record deal with Republic Records and Stein Entertainment.
